Your playing small does not serve the world!

...this was too good in order not to steal it from Codru's blog :)

“Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us.

We ask ourselves, Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God.

Your playing small does not serve the world.

Is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine, as children do. We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us.

It's not just in some of us; it's in everyone. And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.”

from Milan 2 Rome, from MC 2 CC :D

1 year + 2 months + 9 days in Italy

It has already passes 1 month and 14 days since I have started the second part of my experience in Italy... moving from Via Andora 4, Milano to Via Domenico Fontana 12, Rome and passing from MC to CC :D

Right now I can only say that it has been the best decision I could ever take and I love what I am doing!

Well, honestly it is not soo difficult... taking into consideration the circumstances... :P

I live in Rome...

I remember thinking about this next step, about the CC, about what role I could take, since after EBC '07, our first national conference in October and talking about it with Federico while walking the streets of Venice...

I remember thinking how it will be like to live in Rome while I was spending New Years Eve there together with Simo and Irene...

I have a beautiful and very challenging CC team: Alba, Martina, Olivera, Renata (at the moment on her way from Brazil) & Luigi... and this is only the core CC... we will be 25!!! uaaaaaaaa

One of my best friends & my CCP

I am now working in Event Management: from Human Resources/ Talent Management to Event Management... I would say that is a big change... that I am extremely excited about... venues, catering, audio video, speakers, performances, decorations... taking from different places and putting it all together into something that needs to make sence, needs to impress, needs to be remembered... this is my new world!!
There has never been another moment in my life when all the things around me felt so well into place... like a puzzle completing itself...

And now... I am here! I will make ths best of it! It is a promise!
